MEET THE TCC STAFF
Kevin Murphy, President
​
Kevin Murphy has a proud history with Trumbull Country Club. He served as the Club’s president in the past and we are thrilled he holds that position once again. He enjoys spending time at TCC on the course and enjoying TCC’s social events with fellow members. In 2020, Kevin and his son Patrick were the Men’s Guest Invitational champions. As TCC president, Kevin looks forward to growing the membership of the Club and refining the member experience.
Cory Pagliarini, General Manager
I oversee all Club operations, including food and beverage, golf, swimming, tennis, the fitness center, membership recruitment, and office. It's my third season as your General Manager, and I am excited to be a part of the TCC family.

Chad Wilkoff, Executive Chef
Executive Chef Chad was born and raised in Howland, OH, and has a culinary degree from Johnson and Wales University. He has intimate knowledge of the local culinary scene and is keen on crafting classic cuisine while utilizing exceptional presentation skills and flavor profiles that will tantalize your taste buds.
Jeremy Pugliano, Assistant General Manager Food and Beverage

Jeremy has nearly 20 years of hospitality experience, and his focus is to provide the best food and beverage experience that you will find anywhere.
Marci Foresman, Assistant Clubhouse Manager
Marci joined the TCC team in July of 2020. Her focus on member service, attention to detail, and desire to offer the best possible guest experience is sure to make your experience at the Club exceptional with every visit.
Markie Marousis, Breeze and Swimming Pool Manager

Markie has a dynamic personality and is uber-focused on member satisfaction. She is responsible for all things related to Breeze and the Swimming Pool. In addition to these duties, she is integral to our marketing and menu creation.
Ray Davis, Food and Beverage Manager
Ray has worked in the hospitality field for most of his adult life. Ray is tremendously organized and has a keen eye for detail. He excels in operations and is responsible for day-to-day restaurant operations at the Club.
Frank Gombarcik, Sales and Event Manager
Frank joined us in June of 2020 after many years as Director of Special Events at AVI. He has tremendous experience in planning events and looks forward to serving our members with his creativity and expertise.
Dominic Chiarella, Head Golf Professional
Dominic leads the Golf Operations here at Trumbull Country Club. Most recently, he was the Lead Assistant Golf Professional at The Country Club in Pepper Pike, Ohio. Growing up in the Warren area provides him with an intimate understanding of the Club culture and great history of excellence.
Nick Province, Golf Course Superintendent
Having been with us since 2019, Nick has been a true leader as he guides his hard-working team through each aspect of grounds keeping. He takes great pride in maintaining the course and picturesque landscape.
Colleen Kline, Office Manager
Joining the team at TCC in 2023, Colleen brings accounting and administrative skills and her joyful personality as she interacts with our members.
Cynthia Bartunek, Administrative Assistant
Cynthia has been assisting in the office for almost four years, joining the team in August of 2018. Coming out of retirement, she brings decades of administrative knowledge with a smile on her face and gratitude in her heart.
